We are thrilled to unveil a brand-new small group experience that is designed to deepen our faith, foster relationships, and extend a warm invitation to all! Welcome to            “THE TABLE.”

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once a month at “THE TABLE,” we will gather in the Chapter House for breakfast. Following our meal, we will have the privilege of listening to a guest speaker who will inspire and equip us to grow in our faith journey. These speakers will bring unique perspectives and insights to enrich our spiritual journeys. After the presentation, we will have dedicated time for fellowship, reflection and sharing. This is an opportunity to connect with one another, ask questions, and mine our spiritual depths.
JOIN US
We invite you to join us at "The Table." Whether you're a long-time member of our community or someone seeking to explore faith for the first time, there's a seat for you here.

Please mark your calendars, invite your friends, and come hungry—both for a delicious breakfast and a deeper connection with God and fellow believers.

We can't wait to share this journey of faith, unity, and outreach with you at "The Table." See you there!

PROTECTING OURSELVES AGAINST FRAUD
Erin Mace, CFE
Monday, November 20 at 8:30 a.m.

Mace will be teaching our community how to be good investigators. When a call, email, or piece of mail comes in, she will show how to quickly investigate the legitimacy of what is presented. She will show what to do if you have been a victim of fraud and how to report suspected fraud so that it can be shut down. Mace will provide examples of the latest scams and fraud schemes circulating today. The goal of this first TABLE presentation is to help us be less anxious and more in control of potential fraud.

Mace is a Certified Fraud Examiner and the director of corporate relations for Youthful Aging based in Sarasota.

THE ART & POWER OF PARENTING OUR ADULT CHILDREN
Jill S. Woolworth, LMFT
 Wednesday, February 21 @ 8:30 a.m.

Raising young children is stressful and complicated but there is lots of help out there from books, in-person parenting groups, websites, school teachers, doctors, and seminars to Tik Tok videos. But once children reach adulthood, the instruction stops. Roles shift with a changing parent-child dynamic. Many parents find themselves still involved with financial and emotional dependence, talking to their kids everyday. As the saying goes, little kids, little problems, big kids, big problems. Helping young adults navigate their life is getting harder and more complicated.

How can we do this better, protecting our own stress levels, involvement, and helping them to be more resilient and confident?

Jill Woolworth is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 24 years of experience, author of The Waterwheel–Practical Wisdom for Common Concerns, grandmother of four, mother of three, mother-in-law of two, and owner of one golden retriever. She worked at the Greenwich Center for Hope & Renewal in backcountry Greenwich since its inception after a decade in Norwalk at the Christian Counseling Center.
