WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, we are seeking a compassionate, visionary, and inspiring Rector to guide our close-knit and spiritually vibrant congregation into its next chapter. Based on the results of our Holy Cow! Congregational Assessment and Vestry reflection, the ideal candidate will be a gifted preacher whose sermons engage both heart and mind, an exceptional pastoral caregiver attuned to the needs of an older congregation, and a visionary leader with strong interpersonal and strategic skills. This person will bring warmth, humility, and clarity of purpose—nurturing our beloved “hearth and home” while leading us faithfully into the future.
